Our jet boat will pick you up from the beach of your resort. From there on you will cruise in style with the smooth comfort of jet propulsion along Samui's coastline to five jagged limestone islands - after which the restaurant is named. The islands hold the mysterious ancestral craft of harvesting bird nests, the principle ingredient of making Chinese birds nest soup. Take a camera with you as the scenery is amazing. You will see caves; beaches and bamboo dwellings precariously perched on limestone cliffs and pinnacles,
